Exercise 1: Installing or uninstalling

Exercise 2: Windiws Install

Uninstall the Calculator. Make sure you have the Windows XP CD available before you uninstall.

1 Select the option Control Panel from the Start menu.

2 Select Add or remove programs and then double-click on Add/Remove Windows components.

3 Select Accessories and utilities and then click on Details; now click on Accessories and then click on Details.

4 Calculator is checked. Click on it so that it becomes unchecked.

5 Click OK twice so that the changes become effective.

6 Click Next so that the uninstall process begins.

7 When Windows has finished, you will be shown a Finished window.

Install the Calculator.

1 Select the option Control Panel from the Start menu.

2 Select Add or remove programs and then double-click on Add/Remove Windows components.

3 Select Accessories and utilities and then click on Details, now click on Accessories and click on Details.

4 Click on Calculator.

5 Click OK twice so that the changes become effective.

6 Click Next so that the install process begins; you will be asked for Windows XP CD.

7 When Windows has finished, you will be shown a Finished window.
