Creating an Oval with the measures and the desired form

Exercise step by step.

1 Click on the Oval Tool in the Tools Bar.

2 Place the cursor on the Stage (within the current frame).

3 Click and drag the mouse to the final place. You'll see that the movement of your mouse causes the creation of an oval (figure 1). When having the desired form of oval, release the mouse. The result will be similar to one in figure 2.

Trick: If you want to create a perfect circle, keep the button SHIFT pressed while forming the oval. (Use the same technic with the Rectangle Tool)
