1 Select the row where the new row is to be placed, that is, row 7. 2 Go to the Insert menu. 3 Select the Rows option.
1 Select rows 11-12. 2 Go to the Insert menu. 3 Select the Rows option. The two rows are automatically added.
1 Select column I. 2 Go to the Insert menu. 3 Select the Columns option.
1 Click on the sheet following Sheet1 to select it, that is, Sheet2 (as the sheets are added to the left of the selected one). 2 Go to the Insert menu. 3 Select the Worksheet option.
1 Select the range A6:B7. 2 Go to the Insert menu. 3 Select the Cells... option. A dialog box will appear. 4 Leave the Shift cells down option activated. 5 Click on OK. 6 Select the range A6:B6. 7 Go to the Insert menu. 8 Select the Cells... option. A dialog box will appear. 9 Leave the Shift cells right option activated. 10 Click on OK.
1 Go to the File menu. 2 Select the Save as... option. A dialog box will appear. 3 Write the new file name, Modified fruit sales. 4 Click on Save. 5 Close the workbook. |

1 Select the range to delete, B4:C4 . 2 Go to the Edit menu. 3 Select the Delete... option. A dialog box will appear. 4 Leave the Shift cells left option activated. 5 Click on OK. 6 Select the range A6:A8 . 7 Go to the Edit menu. 8 Select the Delete... option. A dialog box will appear. 9 Leave the Shift cells up option activated.
10 Click on OK.
1 Select column I . 2 Go to the Edit menu. 3 Select the Delete option.
1 Select the rows to delete, 7, 11 and 12 (using CTRL). 2 Go to the Edit menu. 3 Select the Delete option. The three rows are automatically deleted.
1 Select the sheets to delete. 2 Go to the Edit menu. 3 Select the Delete sheet option. If the option does not appear situate yourself over the button so that the menu unfolds. |
