In part 2 we are asked to modify the height in rows 5-16
to 18 points, using the menu, and so:
1 Select rows 5-16.
2 Go to the Format menu.
3 Select the Row option.
4 Select the Height... option.
5 Write 18.
6 Click on OK.
In part 3 we asked to modify the height in rows 1-2 to
30 points, without using the menu, and so:
1 Select rows 1-2.
2 Situate the mouse pointer on the line situated below the row 2 number, in the row header.

3 Maintain the mouse button depressed, and drag until we have the desired height, that is, 30,00.
4 Release the mouse button.
In part 4 we are asked to modify the height in rows 18-23
to 2 points, and we can use any of the methods explained in parts 2
and 3, though if we choose the method without
using the menu it is possible that the selected measurement is not permitted,
and so we might have no other choice but to use the menu.
In part 5 we are asked to autofit the height in row 2,
using the menu:
1 Select row 2.
2 Go to the Format menu.
3 Select the Row option.
4 Select the Autofit option.
In part 6 we are asked to autofit the height in rows
18-19, without using the menu:
1 Select rows 18-19.
2 Situate the mouse pointer in the line below the row 19 number, in the row header.

3 Double click.
In part 7 we are asked to modify the width of columns
B-F to 12 points, using the menu, and
so:
1 Select columns B-F.
2 Go to the Format menu.
3 Select the Column option.
4 Select the Width... option.
5 Write 12.
6 Click on OK.
In part 8 we are asked to modify the width of column
A to 13 points,
without using the menu, and so:
1 Select column A (even though it is not obligatory).
2 Situate the mouse pointer in the line below the column A number, in the column header.

3 Maintain the mouse button depressed, and drag until we have the desired width, that is, 13,00.
4 Release the mouse button.
In part 9 we are asked to adust the width of columns
G-H to the widest entry in the column, using
the menu:
1 Select columns G-H .
2 Go to the Format menu.
3 Select the Column option.
4 Select the AutoFit selection option.
In part 10 we are asked to change the name of Sheet1,
using the menu, and so:
1 Once situated in sheet1.
2 Go to the Format menu.
3 Select the Sheet option.
4 Select the Change name option.
5 Write Rains.
6 Press ENTER.
In part 11 we are asked to modify the previous name without
using the menu, and so:
1 Double click on the name of the Rains tag.
2 Write Precipitations.
3 Press ENTER.
