1 Select the File menu, then select the Page setup... option, and then the Margins option. 2 In the Top and Bottom boxes write 3, and in the Right and Left boxes write 2, then clic on OK. 1 Select the File menu, and then the Page setup... option. 2 Once we are situated in the Page tab, activate the Landscape option in the Orientation box. 3 Click on OK. 1 Select the File menu.. 2 Select the Print preview option. or, click on the Print preview Observe the result. 3 Click on the 1 Select the File menu and then the Print... option, then clic on OK. If the sheet occupies more than one page we will reduce the graphic, for this: 1 Select the graphic and situate yourself in any of the indicators around the graphics box whilst dragging it to the desired position. If you wish to maintain the appearence relation, that is, its height in proportion to its width, maintain the CTRL or CAPS LOCK key depressed. 2 Release the mouse button. Note: To print the worksheet we should be sure that the graphic is not selected at the time, as in this case only the graphic will be printed.

If the sheet occupies more than one page, perform the following steps before printing: 1 Exit from Print preview. 2 Select the File menu. 3 Select the Print preview... option. 4 When situated in the first Page tab activate the Fit by 1 page wide by one page tall in the scaling box. 5 Clic on OK. 1 Click on the graphic tag to show it. 2 Click on the Print the document directly without entering in the dialogue box.
