Unit 8. Advanced. Moving a worksheet |

We are going to look at how to move a worksheet within the same workbook in order to situate it in a determined position in the workbook according to the information it contains. |

Move a sheet. |

| The first methods consists of using the menu: Once situated in the worksheet that we want to change the position of. Select the Edit menu. Select the Move or Copy sheet... option. |
| In the To book box, click on the arrow for the drop down list where we select the workbook that we want to move it to. (In order to move it to another book both books need to be open before entering into this operation).
In the Before sheet box, select the sheet that will be to the right of the moved sheet. Click on OK. |

Situate yourself over the tab of the sheet to move. Click on the mouse button and drag till the position
where we want to move the sheet. While you move the sheet you will see
an arrow appear above the sheets Once we are situated where we want to move the sheet to, release the mouse button.

Situate yourself over the tab of the sheet to move. Right-click on the mouse and a contextual menu will unfold. Select the Move or Copy... option. The following steps to follow are the same as those explained in the first method.
