Unit 3. Advance. Closing all workbooks.

Now we will show you how to close several workbooks at the same time.

Closing all opened books.

If we have several workbooks open, we can close automatically all of them with a single operation. To do that:

1 Press the SHIFT KEY on the keyboard.

2 Hold the SHIFT KEY, select menu File.

3 Let go of SHIFT KEY.

4 Choose option Close all.

5 If there are any modifications we have not saved, Excel2003 will warn us as we saw in the normal operation for closing a book.

All open books will be automatically closed and the screen reamain grey.
