Unit 11Exercises. Working with Templates

If you don't have Dreamweaver open yet, open it in order to perform the following exercises.

Exercise 1: Sports.

1 Open the Sports site .

2 Open the template.htm document.

3 Apply the templatesports.dwt template to the template.htm document, which must be updated automatically whenever the template changes.

4 Save the changes and close the document.

Exercise 2: Kitchen.

1 Open the Kitchen site.

2 Open the cTemplate.htm document.

2 Apply the kitchentamplate.dwt template to the cTemplate.htm document, which must be updated automatically whenever the template changes.

3 To try to change the properties of the document so that the colour of the text is #996666 to see if it is possible.

4 Change the Page Title text for Kitchen.

5 Detach the document from the template.

6 To try to change the properties of the document so that the colour of the text is #996666 to see if it is possible.

7 Save the changes and close the document.
