1 You need to open the Dreamweaver program in order to do the exercise.
2 If the Files panel doesn't show up, open it through the Window menu, and then the Files option.
3 Select the Animals site in Files panel.
4 Double-click on the cats.htm file, found in the Files panel.
The document will be opened in Dreamweaver.
5 If the properties inspector doesn't show up, open it through the Window menu, and then the Properties option.
6 If the Behaviour panel doesn't show up, open it through Window, and then the Behavior option.
7 Click on the cat image to select it.
8 Click on the 
button in the Behaviour panel.
9 Select the Show-Hide layers option.
If the Show-Hide
layers option doesnt show up, you need to go to the Show
events for option and select a newer browser. Select IE
5.5 or IE 6.0. Then clic
on the
button and select Show-Hide layers
option.
10 In Named layers: select the layers "weekcat" layer, which is the only one in the list, being unique in the file.
11 Click on the Show button .
12 Click on the Accept button. In the Behaviours panel it will be the new behaviour.
13 Click on panel behaviour.
14 Click on the 
button, to the right of the events.
15 Select onClick event.
16 Click on the 
image to select the layer.
17 Select Close text.
18 In link, of properties inspector, write #, and the image will have an empty link.
19 In Text color 
write #000000. And the text won't take the link's
established colour, blue by defect.
20 Click on the
button in the Behaviour panel.
21 Select the Show-Hide layers option.
22 In Named layers:, select the "weekcat" layer .
23 Click on the Hide button.
24 Click on the Accept button. The new file will be in the Behaviours panel.
25 Click on the behaviour in the panel.
26 Click on the
button, to the right of the events.
27 Select the onClick event .
28 Click on the Save 
button on the tool bar.
29 View the page in your browser and check the defined behaviours.
