The Toolbox |

To define what information should appear in the report, and in what format it should be, the same controls can be used as in a form although some controls for example the command buttons are more appropriate for a form. In the Toolbox we have a button for each type of control that can be added to the report. If the Toolbox
does not appear click on the When we want to change various controls
of the same type we can block the control by
double clicking on it (a dark line will appear around it). As from this
moment you can create all the controls of this type that you want without
having to double click on the corresponding button every time. To
remove the block we click on the The box contains the following types of controls: The The Text box The Options group
The Alternate
The Option button
The Verification box
Combo box
Image control
Unbound object frame
Bound object frame Page break
We can also create a subform
Line Rectangle And finally we can add more
complex controls with the We see that the management of controls in reports is identical to the controls of a form., if you have any doubt about how to add a control, how to move it, copy it, change its size, how to adjust its size, or aligning the various controls revise the previous unit. |
